Hickory Ridge Campground LLC Terms Of Service
Cancelations:
If canceled 30 days or more before your arrival date; -Reschedule the reservation for another date based on availability, for no additional charge, OR -Receive a refund for the amount prepaid, less a processing fee of $10.00.
If canceled less than 30 days before arrival date; -Reschedule the reservation for another date based on availability, for no additional charge, OR -Receive a refund for the amount prepaid, less the equivalent of one night's stay.
If canceled on your arrival date; -Receive a refund for the amount prepaid, less the equivalent of two night's stay.
Check In And Check Out Time: Check In Time is 1PM or later. Check Out Time is 12PM or earlier.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM, no exception. Guests in violation may be evicted.
Speed Limit: 5 MPH at ALL times for ALL vehicles.
Reservation Payment: Payment must be received in full before or during check in time. Hickory Ridge Campground LLC accepts cash and credit cards.
Number Of Guests: The camping fee includes up to 4 guests per campsite. Up to 4 additional guests are welcome at $6.00 per day per guest. The cottage guest limit is 5, with no exceptions.
Children: Parents and guardians are responsible for the conduct of their children at all times while on our property. Please ensure your children obey and observe all posted rules, and practice all common sense safety procedures. Children age 10 and under are not permitted in restrooms, laundry rooms, or the store, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Pets: Hickory Ridge Campground LLC is pet friendly. There is a limit of two pets per site. Pets are not allowed for guests of the cottage. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Guests must pick up after their pets, including their campsite. Hickory Ridge Campground LLC has a fenced dog park located at the front of the campground, where dogs can run free without a leash. Please be courteous of other guests and their pets while using the dog park and walking your pet. Pets that are outside their guest's rv, tent or camper must be accompanied at all times. Guests are responsible for any injury caused by their pet, and for any damage to Hickory Ridge Campground LLC property caused by their pet.
Campfires And BBQ Grills: All campfires must be attended to by guests at all times. Campfires are only allowed within the designated campfire ring or pit. Campfires must be kept at a reasonable size, and no bonfires are allowed in campsites. BBQ grills must also be attended by guests at all times. No campfires are allowed within BBQ grills.
Restrooms, Showers, And Laundry: All restrooms, showers and laundry facilities are available only to registered guests. Guests must be courteous to other guests by cleaning up after themselves while using these facilities. All children age 10 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, parent or guardian while using these facilities.
Golf Carts And ATV'S: Golf carts are allowed while visiting our campground. Must have proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to operate golf carts. No child is allowed to operate a golf cart at any time. All posted speed limits must be obeyed. The use of ATV'S by guests is prohibited.
Garbage And Trash: Guests are responsible for containing their garbage and trash within acceptable containers or trash bags. Guests must pick up all trash and garbage when checking out of their campsite, and deposit it within the trash dumpster near the campground store. Hickory Ridge Campground LLC greatly appreciates your effort to remove your trash, and thanks you in advance for helping to keep our campground clean!
Swimming Pool: Guests have access to the swimming pool between the hours of 11:00AM and 7:00PM, during the summer season. Be aware that no lifeguard is on duty at any time, and guest usage of the swimming pool is at their own risk. Any child age 14 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, parent or guardian at all times while within the fenced pool area. All bottles and glass containers are strictly prohibited while within the fenced pool area, or while using the pavillion adjacent to the pool. Food is not allowed within the fenced pool area. No running, jumping, horseplay, or diving is allowed while within the fenced pool area. All guests must be courteous of all other pool guests at all times, and obey these and any other posted rules near the pool, or their pool privileges may be revoked by Hickory Ridge Campground LLC. Attempting to, or using the pool outside of the posted time, unless approved by management, will result in immediate eviction without any refund. Hickory Ridge Campground LLC is not responsible for any injury or accident suffered by any guest while using the pool.
Prohibited: Guests are not allowed to display or use firearms, fireworks, or loud generators. Soliciting of goods and services is not allowed. No driving or parking on the grass. Guests' ATV'S are prohibited on our property. Washing, repairs or maintenance of your RV or vehicles is prohibited, including oil changes. Discharge of gray/black water on the ground is strictly prohibited.
Eviction and Termination Of Reservations and Contracts: Hickory Ridge Campground LLC may evict any guest(s) and parties, or terminate any contracts and tenancy of any seasonal or long term guest, at any time, due to violation of campground rules, not following campground procedures, for non-payment for reservations and tenancy, or for objectional conduct towards any other guest or Hickory Ridge Campground LLC representative or employee. In the event of such eviction, no refund of any kind will be issued.
Liability: Hickory Ridge Campground LLC and their representatives are not liable for any damage or loss incurred by any guest due to fire, accidents, theft, personal injury, or from any other cause not specifically listed here.
Guest Responsibility: Guests will be held responsible for any damage to any Hickory Ridge Campground LLC property, building, campsite, etc., and for any such damage to any other guest's property if caused by disobeying park rules, negligence, malicious behavior, or deliberate destruction.
